2014 Sunny View Vineyard Pinot Noir
Limited re-release. A classic bouquet of dark fruit, flower petals, and savory herbs. The palate brings a touch of crushed berries, violets, and tobacco, balanced with velvety tannins and mouthwatering acidity.

James MacPhail's Notes
Located in the heart of the Russian River Valley, the name "Sunny View" is actually a contradiction - this vineyard lies low in the Santa Rosa Plan, shrouded in cool fog overnight and into the morning throughout the growing season. The result of the cool weather and dense fog is a delicately-balanced, layered, complex wine worthy of cellar aging for a decade or more.

Sunny View Vineyard
Sunny View Vineyard encompasses 17 acres in the heart of the Russian River Valley, in what is called the Santa Rosa Plain. Three separate vineyard blocks are planted with three of the world’s premiere Pinot Noir clones from Burgundy, France. Cool days and foggy nights ensure vines produce less fruit, causing grapes to be highly concentrated and bursting with flavor.
