Beautifully aromatic with notes of peach, apricot and some subtle oak. A rich mouthfeel fills the palate, balanced with crisp acidity and flavors of stone fruit, pineapple and crème brulée. Well-integrated oak notes are present on the persistent finish.
A classic bouquet of dark fruit and Christmas spices. The same flavors return on the palate along with a touch of pepper, forest floor and lovely leathery tannins.
A complex wine with red berries, black plum and flower petals supported by darker notes of dried herbs, cedar, clove, allspice, dried citrus peel and forest floor. Full-bodied with stony minerality and grippy tannins.
The aromas are rich and spicy with notes of blue and black berry fruits layered over hints of chocolate, brown spice and vanilla. The palate is robust yet elegant with silky tannins and flavors of black plum and coffee married with a seductive cinnamon spice. It boasts the dense structure and balanced, velvety tannins that the Alexander Valley is famous for.
